  • 12 chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 cloves
  • 45 ml fresh thyme leaves
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 1 litre of chicken stock
  • 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 300 g baby button mushrooms
  • 250 g courgettes, sliced
  • 300 g broccoli, cut in florets
  • 250 ml frozen peas
  • 1 packet of mushroom soup powder mixed with 125ml cold water
