It’s super easy to throw together – just toss some cooked egg noodles with shredded rotisserie chicken, some frozen mixed veggies, and a couple of cans of classic condensed chicken noodle soup
Pile a serving of noodles in a soup bowl and top with the piping hot soup. We are back for our tropical paradise holiday (will write a post on it soonest), and now have to deal with 'the real world' AND a cold & rainy Joburg
Return all of your meat to the wok along with the veg andnoodles (I used the fresh variety but cook them first if required), add a little water to allow the veg to steam and your sauce
Return the chicken to the pan andstir in the coconut cream, peas and vegetables. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until just cooked
