Add spices, garlic and masala, mix and braise, then add in chickenand braise. Pour into oven proof dish, sprinkle on cheese, dried herbs and crushed chillies andbake in oven till cheese melts

Add your diced chicken (I used breasts but you can use whatever you have I think boneless thighs really lend themselves to this dish but I happened to have breasts) to a couple of egg whites, light soy sauce, sesame oil, corn flour and spice mix and allow to marinate

Heat the oil in a large pot and, in batches, brown the chicken. Remove and cover to keep warm. Add the butter to the pot and fry the bacon until almost crisp
Cube the chickenand fry until done or golden brown. salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Cook the macaroni until almost soft, drain and add to the chicken mixture
