Whipping up a white chocolate cardamom mousse for dessert tonight. Inspired by the cardamom find, I happened to recall a recipe for white chocolate cardamom mousse from Nigel Slater’s Real Food cookbook – something I wanted to try for a long time
in a sauce pan add sugar,water,coffee and 2 teaspoons vanilla essence stir and let it cook for 5 to 10 mins,make holes into cake when out of the oven and pour sauce of pudding,when cool down decorate with cappuccino caramel and cream
