Ingredients

  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • Mix together
  • Add 4 eggs
  • 2 at a time
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Beat well then add
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Add and mix very well
  • Slowly add in ½ cup boiling water and lightly mix
  • Add to cup cake cases
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 10-15 minutes
  • Beat 1
  • 1 tub (250ml)fresh cream/imatation cream with half tin caramel treat till stiff
  • Add quater teaspoon caramel essence
  • Pipe ontop of cuppies..place a teaspoon o granadilla pulp that has been mixed with apricot jam in the centre..top with half a pecan/almond..sprinkle dessicated coconut around cuppie on cream
  • Enjoy..
