Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 Chicken breasts or (roast chicken taken off the bone)
  • 3 – 4 teaspoons Spice and All things nice Cape Malay curry paste
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • a dash of olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 250 ml cream
  • 125 ml double cream yoghurt
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • Almond flakes (toasted)
  • Fresh coriander
