Chop the cabbage, runner beans and onion. Today I bring you a salad which is crunchy, and maybe a bit different to what you eat most days and of course totally yummy
INGREDIENTES 200g savoy cabbage 200g red cabbage 30g golden raisins 1 large onion oil qs salt qs Average price. Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into julienne (you can buy it like that already packed) and soak in boiling water, let stand for about 2minutes, drain well and set aside. When the onion is translucent, add the cabbage, season with salt and cook covered for about 10 minutes, after this time add the raisins, cover and cook another 5 minutes. As a rule, I would say that we stick to salads alongside grilled meat or chicken. When it comes to salads though, nothing can draw tears from my eyes faster than what I like to call the “Restaurant Greek Salad”

You can either use red or green cabbage. When cooking with red cabbage, don’t forget to add the apple cider vinegar as it stops it from turning a weird colour
