Ingredients

  • 1 x 420 g tin of butter beans, drained and rinsed4 large eggs375 ml sunflower oil5 ml vanilla essence500 ml sugar (400g)250 ml Sasko Cake Flour (120g)125 ml cocoa powder125 ml peanuts, chopped (keep some for decoration)Chef's hint: Use 1 cup of any cooked beans you have handy instead of the tinned beans.
