So here’s the salad that goes with that flavoursome, slightly tart saladdressing that I posted. It’s a nice substantial salad that will leave you feeling satisfied
And the best thing that this is an incredibly healthy dressing for potato salad – no oil, no mayo and, if you want, you can make it dairy-free by leaving out the yoghurt – it still tastes fantastic
it’s easy to make, has simple ingredients, BUT with one special “string of pearls” ingredient added which makes it extra special – such is today’s recipe, I think, New Potato & Radish Salad in a Creamy Truffle Oil Dressing

I’ve kept the salad ingredients fresh and simple, with shredded cabbage, red peppers and scallions. Soft flour tortillas, crunchy fresh slaw, topped with succulent chicken and a drizzle of creamy buttermilk dressing
This salad is a great protein packed salad, that’s easy to whip up and tastes really good. For added goodness and way more yum for your taste buds the creamy avocado dressing just makes this a show stopper
