  • 85 g Onions, chopped
  • 5 ml Garlic, crushed
  • 5 g Butter
  • 5 ml Oil
  • 10 ml Coriander seeds
  • 5 ml Mixed Whole Pepper Corns
  • 300 g Biltong, sliced
  • 1 L Cream
  • 10 Egg Yolks
  • 10 ml Glucose Syrup
  • Salt to taste
