Ingredients

  • ANNA’S CARROT SALAD
  • 1 kg carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 packet tomato soup
  • 7 ml mustard
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 ml cooking oil
  • 200 ml vinegar
  • 250 ml waters
  • salt and pepper
  • Cook carrots until soft and drain water.
  • Cut the onion and pepper and mix with carrots.
  • Mix the rest and boil for 2 minutes and mix with carrots.
  • Put it in the fridge for overnight
